Homework is assigned Monday through Thursday. Students have to do 30 minutes of independent reading each day and have a parent or guardian sign off on their independent reading slip. Additionally, students will be given an assignment in math and at least one other subject (social studies or science) to complete each night. Prior to days we have a test I do not assign homework so students may use that time to study for the test. All students have a homework planner to keep track of their assignments and should be sure to bring home and return their planner daily. The theme for this year is personal responsibility and students are expected to keep track of and complete assignments on their own.
